Welcome to TGIF Gaming! We are committed to delivering high-quality ergonomic gaming chairs. Below is our comprehensive warranty policy to ensure you enjoy a seamless ownership experience.

Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies to all chairs purchased through our official website or authorized distributors. It is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Warranty Periods

  • TGIF Gaming Chairs:
    • 5 years on mechanical parts
    • 3 years on wings and soft parts (e.g., upholstery, lumbar support pad, armrest, headrest)
  • TGIF Add-ons & Accessories: 1 year
  • All Other Items: 6 months

Extended Warranty:
Eligible customers may qualify for an extended warranty, subject to special terms and conditions.

What’s Covered?

  • Manufacturing Defects: Structural integrity issues, faulty mechanisms, or material defects.
  • Performance Issues: Problems arising from proper assembly and normal usage.
  • Confirmed Quality Issues: If verified, we may offer compensation, replacement, or repair.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, fabric discoloration, or cosmetic damage due to regular use.
  • Improper Usage or Assembly: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, modification, or neglecting care instructions.
  • Non-TGIF Accessories: Issues caused by third-party accessories or modifications.
  • Acts of Nature: Damage from natural disasters such as floods, fires, or earthquakes.
  • Commercial Use: Warranty does not apply to chairs used in commercial or industrial settings.

Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Contact Our Service Specialist

Reach out via our website or through the authorized distributor/retailer.

Please provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Tracking code (located under the chair)
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Note: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the defect.

Step 2: Evaluation

Our service team will review your claim and provide troubleshooting or first-line support promptly.

Step 3: Resolution

If approved, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or compensation.

If not covered under warranty, we’ll provide repair/replacement options at your expense.

Replacement parts or chairs come with either the remaining original warranty or a 30-day warranty, whichever is longer.
