At TGIF Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help with a hassle-free return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Timing: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

- Unused, in the same condition as received.
- Complete with all original tags and packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Discounted or on-sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or negligence.
General Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
- Contact us at admin@tgifgaming.co with your order number, photos or videos of the item, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will respond within 3 business days to confirm whether your return request is eligible.
Step 2: Return Authorization
- If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and detailed instructions.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Please use a shipping method that provides tracking and requires a signature. TGIF Gaming is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item (within 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund or process an exchange as requested.
Return Shipping Charges
- TGIF Gaming Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to the buyer's preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled at no charge if the request is made before shipment.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
