Non-Quality Returns (e.g., Change of Mind)
- Product Condition: Only items in brand new condition, with original packaging and in resalable condition, are eligible for return.
- Return Window: Products must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Return Shipping & Label: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.
- Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Returns Due to Quality Issues
- Reporting Window: Defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
