Non-Quality Returns (e.g., Change of Mind)

  • Product Condition: Only items in brand new condition, with original packaging and in resalable condition, are eligible for return.
  • Return Window: Products must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Return Shipping & Label: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.
  • Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Returns Due to Quality Issues

  • Reporting Window: Defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Required Information:
    • Clear photos and videos showing the defect.
    • The production tracking code located under the chair.
  • Resolution Options:
    • We may offer a replacement, repair, or compensation.
    • For minor issues, we provide self-repair guides and support to minimize downtime.
  • Return Cost: If a return is necessary, we will cover the return shipping cost by reimbursing your PayPal account.
