At TGIF Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help with a hassle-free return and refund process.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  1. Timing: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  2. Condition: Items must be:
  • Unused, in the same condition as received.
  • Complete with all original tags and packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Discounted or on-sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or negligence.

General Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return
  • Contact us at admin@tgifgaming.co with your order number, photos or videos of the item, and a description of the issue.
  • Our team will respond within 3 business days to confirm whether your return request is eligible.
Step 2: Return Authorization
  • If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and detailed instructions.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Item
  • Please use a shipping method that provides tracking and requires a signature. TGIF Gaming is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item (within 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund or process an exchange as requested.

Return Shipping Charges

  • TGIF Gaming Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to the buyer's preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  2. If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 business days:
  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If needed, reach out to us at admin@tgifgaming.co for further assistance.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled at no charge if the request is made before shipment.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
